Cancellation Policy

This Neuro-Meditation Wellness Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into between Aura Wellness of Atlanta, LLC and the undersigned participant. 1. Acknowledgment of Services I understand that I am voluntarily participating in a neuro meditation session and/or therapy which may include: ● Strobing light technology (including visual entrainment techniques) ● Binaural beats and audio frequency stimulation ● Guided meditation and relaxation practices I acknowledge that these services are wellness and relaxation practices only, not medical treatment, diagnosis, and/or therapy, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, and/or treatment. 2. Health Risks and Participant Responsibility I understand that exposure to strobing lights may trigger seizures in individuals with epilepsy, psychiatric disorders or other neurological conditions, and that binaural beats may affect mood, perception, or cognitive state. I affirm and represent that: ● I am at least 18 years of age (or accompanied by a legal guardian). ● I do not have epilepsy, seizure disorders, photosensitivity, psychiatric conditions, or any medical condition that may be adversely affected by strobing lights or sound frequencies. ● I have consulted with a qualified healthcare provider before participation, if appropriate. ● I will immediately discontinue participation if I experience discomfort, dizziness, seizures, hallucinations, disorientation, or any adverse effect. I accept full responsibility for my participation and for communicating any health concerns to my provider. 3. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Aura Wellness of Atlanta, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in or in connection with these sessions. 4.
